APPLICATION

The Atrium Foundation provides financial assistance towards medical, living, health wellness, and mental health wellness expenses for cancer patients and caregivers who have received a diagnosis or completed treatment within the last 6 months. We accept applications on a first come basis until we reach 20 applicants or exhaust our available funds.

As of Jan. 29th, we are no longer accepting applications.
